Main objective: To join efforts for sustainable changes towards inclusive gender equality in our Universities/Research Performing Organisations (RPOs). We want to do it by sharing our trajectories, experiences and identified barriers in implementing inclusive GEPs from an intersectional perspective. Our focus will be placed on fostering mutual support for the effective anchoring of inclusive gender equality and organizational change approaches in the strategic agendas and interventions of our institutions. 15 organizations: A mix of public universities and research organizations from different STEM fields.
