I am a social scientist with a feminist agenda. My research focuses on social change for a just and inclusive society. I have done research with indigenous communities, local communities, practitioners and policymakers on policies for social change and social justice, governance for environmental challenges, grassroots organisations, conflict management and ecological justice.

Recently, I have focused on barriers and facilitators for inclusive gender equality in academic organizations from Europe. From a critical perspective to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion policies and interventions, I try to understand how change happens or not in research institutions in Europe.
